Spotless, huge room with a pretty working fireplace and puzzles and large TV, and superbly friendly staff. Beautiful and wonderful location for visiting bars and pubs.

A romantic hotel in a magnificent setting with good choice of little extras. Location just off shops and restaurants downtown and state parks including viewing thousand of elephant seals and Mill Rose Inn at the end of April for a mini baby-moon.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and appreciated it. Romantic and stunningly beautiful property, the rooms were beautifully maintained. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from West Main Home was comfortable.

Possibly the best and pleasant stay in the most lovely town of Half Moon Bay. Extremely comfy beds, a storage, WiFi, and coffee in the room. Attractive views of the ocean and an English design. Magnificent, stunning location short walk to the restaurants, Pomponio state beach, and shops and restaurants downtown, superfriendly staff. Also, next to everything.

The rooms are well decorated and include coffee/tea making machines, a refrigerator, and glassware. The hotel offers a delicious and outstanding breakfast with an indulgent concoction from the grill, many different homemade items, champaign.

My room was amazing thanks to the FANTASTIC staff. Everything was spotless as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was quite small. It was in a marvellous and awesome location right next to Ink Spell Books. This was my fabulous stay on vacation.

Location - particularly good, right by Half Moon Bay, California, stores and a Thai restaurant. Also, by appointment secluded hot tub area.

The garden has beautiful flowers and is great for photos. The owner's dogs are friendly. Rooms have antique furniture and a useful fireplace. Towels are soft. The owner was kind and offered early check-in and late check-out. There are nice restaurants nearby.

The owner saw to us personally and upgraded us twice. Feed us cheese and fruit. Brandy and various wines and beers were included. The rooms are so beautiful. Antiques everywhere and most beautifully decorated with Bradbury and Bradbury wallpaper. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. The gardens are gorgeous, only sorry it was raining and I had a bad cold, so we couldn't take advantage of the gardens and the beautiful gazebo with hot tub. But roaring fireplace, good food and the feeling of being royalty more than made us happy!

Beautiful gardens, thoughtful host, very delicious breakfast. It was a fanciful atmosphere and fun for a getaway. The hosts thought of every possible thing they could to make the stay enjoyable.

I would say the TV's could be upgraded. We found it diffficult to figure out how to turn it on, although the host fixed it right away for us, and it was very small for today's TVs..

Warm Welcome and Great Stay

We received a heartfelt welcome letter before our arrival and the hosts showed us around the beautiful B&B upon check-in. The hot tub reservation made our experience more comfortable and the couples massage was a treat. We enjoyed the complimentary sherry and brandy in our room. The room itself was elegantly adorned with antiques and luxurious bedding. The breakfast, although a bit sweet for my taste, was delicious. The location was quiet and conveniently close to some tasty restaurants. I highly recommend this charming B&B for a delightful stay.

The breakfast is delicious and outstanding, and the location is amazing near the downtown shops, state parks, and local attractions.

I truly enjoyed that the hotel was fairly large, romantic with a personalized service.
